APPLIED SUSTAINABILITY

Applied sustainability in property management.

For us, sustainability means prevention, responsible use of resources, documentation and management that helps a property retain its value and functionality over time.

SDG 6 · SDG 7 · SDG 9 · SDG 11 · SDG 12 · SDG 13 · SDG 17

HOW WE INTEGRATE SUSTAINABILITY

Two operational directions. Two transversal dimensions.

Our work focuses on resource management and property resilience. Digitalisation and local partnerships support the entire process.

SDG 6SDG 7

SDG 6 + SDG 7

Resources

We monitor relevant water and energy elements, document consumption and track changes that may indicate leaks, abnormal use or inefficient operation.

SDG 11SDG 12SDG 13

SDG 11 + SDG 12 + SDG 13

Property & resilience

Preventive checks, observation of changes and timely action help reduce deterioration and extend the useful life of the property and its equipment.

TRANSVERSAL DIMENSIONS

Two elements support our entire process.

Digitalisation and local collaboration do not belong to a single inspection. They run across the entire management system.

TRANSVERSAL ACROSS ALL PLANS

Digitalisation & traceability

Photographs, measured values, reports and visit history create continuity between checks and allow the property condition to be compared over time.

SDG 9

TRANSVERSAL IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Local partnerships

Collaboration with local technicians, suppliers and professionals allows us to turn an identified issue into coordinated action when necessary.

SDG 17

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Six goals directly related to property management.

We do not artificially associate our work with all 17 goals. We focus on those with a practical and direct connection to property management. SDG 9 complements this approach transversally through digitalisation, documentation and traceability.

SDG 6 — Clean Water and Sanitation

Water monitoring

SDG 6

Clean Water and Sanitation

Meter photographs, sanitary-installation checks and observation of possible leaks help us identify situations that may lead to unnecessary water loss sooner.

SDG 7 — Affordable and Clean Energy

Energy monitoring

SDG 7

Affordable and Clean Energy

Tracking consumption and checking the basic operation of equipment can reveal changes worth investigating before they result in unnecessary energy use.

SDG 11 — Sustainable Cities and Communities

More resilient properties

SDG 11

Sustainable Cities and Communities

Preventive care and regular monitoring help keep properties in better condition during periods when they remain unoccupied.

SDG 12 — Responsible Consumption and Production

Prevention before replacement

SDG 12

Responsible Consumption and Production

Early identification of a problem may allow a minor intervention before deterioration requires more extensive repairs, additional materials or equipment replacement.

SDG 13 — Climate Action

Preparedness & resilience

SDG 13

Climate Action

Checks after severe-weather events and monitoring of exterior elements help identify the effects of extreme conditions more quickly.

SDG 17 — Partnerships for the Goals

Local collaboration

SDG 17

Partnerships for the Goals

Property management sometimes requires collaboration with local technicians, suppliers and professionals. Responsible coordination is part of our process.

SDG 9 — Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure

SDG 9 · TRANSVERSAL DIMENSION

Digital infrastructure, documentation and traceability

DIGITALISATION & TRACEABILITY

Sustainability also needs data.

A single inspection shows what is happening at one particular moment. A series of documented visits allows us to compare, detect changes and maintain a history of the property.

Digitalisation is not a separate service; it is the information infrastructure that supports our entire monitoring and reporting process.

Photographs and observations after every visit
Property inspection history
Comparative meter photographs
Monitoring relevant values, depending on the plan
Identification of trends and changes
Documentation of incidents and recommendations
Measure → Compare → Document → Detect → Act
SDG 17 — Partnerships for the Goals

SDG 17 · PARTENERIATE

An identified issue must be able to become an action.

When inspections indicate that an intervention is needed, collaboration with local technicians, suppliers and professionals allows us to coordinate access and keep the owner informed, according to the contracted service.

Suppliers and technicians remain independent professionals, and third-party work, materials and services are charged separately.

THREE LEVELS

The approach becomes more comprehensive as the monitoring level increases.

All plans include prevention, documentation and traceability. Higher levels add comparative monitoring, analysis and broader coordination.

Awareness & Monitoring

ECO-BASIC — WATCH

  • Everything included in ECO-BASIC
  • Temperature and relative humidity
  • Assisted ventilation
  • Comparative moisture readings
  • Quarterly water & energy review
  • Preventive air-conditioning screening

Resilience & Impact

ECO-PREMIUM — MANAGE

SDG 6SDG 7SDG 9SDG 11SDG 12SDG 13SDG 17
  • Everything included in ECO-SMART
  • Monthly water & energy review
  • Extended Property Reviews
  • Additional severe-weather checks
  • Annual Property Health Report
  • Extended local coordination

WHAT THIS MEANS IN PRACTICE

Small actions can help prevent larger problems.

01

An unexpected change in water consumption

It may indicate a leak or another issue worth checking before the next bill.

02

Increasing humidity

Comparing readings between visits can highlight a change before deterioration becomes visually obvious.

03

Blocked terrace drainage

Identifying it before heavy rain can help prevent water accumulation and possible infiltration.

04

Equipment operating differently

A change noticed during a check can be investigated before a more serious fault develops.
